Job summary
Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology seeks a Regional Business Director to lead a Central Florida region, including Lakeland, Orlando, and Ocala. You will drive sales, oversee clinical and sales teams, and execute strategic plans to expand cardiovascular solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of Sales or Marketing experience in the US medical device industry.
- Experience as a field trainer or project leadership.
- Cardiovascular/Pacemaker/EP industry knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive top line sales results in the assigned US region.
- Meet and exceed sales and profit targets for the region.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and develop tactical plans.
- Manage region's budget and coach Territory Managers.
- Develop and retain talent within the region.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute regional plans.
