Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology is seeking a Regional Business Director to lead the Central Florida region, including Lakeland, Orlando, Ocala, and Leesburg. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred for advancement.
• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of US medical device sales/marketing; or 2 years prior Sales Management experience in healthcare.
• Experience as a field trainer or project leadership required.
• Minimum of 2 years of business experience in Cardiac Electrophysiology or Cardiovascular industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive top line sales results in the assigned US region in line with the Business Plan.
• Meet and exceed sales and profit targets for the region.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and develop/execute tactical sales plans.
• Manage region’s expense budget and lead teams of Territory Managers and Clinical Account Specialists.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies and account relations.
• Travel as required to lead regional initiatives and engagements.
