Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology seeks a Regional Business Director to lead the Central Florida region (Lakeland, Orlando, Ocala, Leesburg). Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of US medical device sales or 2 years in Sales Management.
• Experience as a field trainer or project leadership.
• Cardiac EP or Cardiovascular industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive top line sales results in the assigned US region (Central Florida).
• Meet and exceed sales and profit targets for the region.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and develop tactical plans with quotas/objectives.
• Manage the region’s expense budget and lead a team of TM and CAS.
• Develop and retain talent; partner with Education Manager for clinical proficiency.
• Build strong customer relationships and execute regional commercial strategies.
