Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Region Director for the Northwest to lead cardiovascular sales initiatives across a broad territory. You will drive team performance, develop sales strategies, and partner with clinical leaders to deliver high-impact solutions.

The role requires deep MedTech sales experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel extensively to manage field operations and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in MedTech sales with cardiovascular focus.
• 5+ years leading field commercial teams.
• MBA or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct the region’s sales activities to achieve growth and revenue goals.
• Set sales targets and forecasts for the Northwest region.
• Identify, hire, retain and develop top talent across sales and clinical teams.
• Launch strategies for new accounts and deepen penetration in existing accounts.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, Regulatory and Clinical Affairs.
