Job summary

Swedish Hill, part of MML Hospitality, is expanding from Austin into Dallas. As Regional Director, Retail Operations you will lead Swedish Hill across Austin and Dallas, ensuring consistent operations, profitability, and high hospitality standards.

Reporting to the SVP of Operations, you will translate creative vision into repeatable systems, manage pre-opening plans, onboarding, and ongoing stabilization as the brand scales across markets.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead multiple units in hospitality or food retail.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and budgeting experience.
• Strong command of modern restaurant tech platforms and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across Austin and Dallas locations and align with culinary leadership.
• Standardize procedures for labor, inventory, waste, purchasing, and production planning.
• Own the operational playbook for Dallas market entry and vendor networks.
• Drive P&L performance, manage budgets, labor cost, and COGS.
• Lead annual operating plans and present performance to SVP and ownership.
• Coach General Managers to build leadership depth for growth.
