Job summary

Hilltop Residential seeks a Regional Manager for Workforce Housing to oversee a portfolio across Austin and Dallas / Fort Worth, with travel across the region. The role drives operational leadership and ensures compliant, revenue-conscious management of income-restricted communities.

Leadership will focus on building teams, upholding Hilltop standards, and expanding our presence in income-restricted housing while delivering strong resident experiences and investor returns.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site multifamily property management experience with strong results.
• Direct, hands-on experience managing income-restricted or mixed-income communities.
• Experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD) required.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, variance analysis, revenue max and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across a portfolio of affordable and mixed-income communities.
• Ensure portfolio compliance with affordable housing requirements and leasing guidelines.
• Develop onsite teams and coach staff on operations and income-restricted management.
