Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional bakery experience.
• At least 1 year of managerial or team leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in naturally leavened breads, yeasted doughs, and viennoiserie.
• Experience managing high-volume production and wholesale accounts.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive.
• Ability to work nights and weekends consistently.
• Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, team-first mindset.
• Passion for quality, consistency, and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production of naturally leavened breads, yeasted breads, and viennoiserie with quality.
• Lead wholesale production while supporting MML events and catering needs.
• Maintain strict quality control and production planning to meet volume needs.
• Train, mentor, and manage bakery team with a hands-on leadership style.
• Control inventory, manage costs, and ensure health & safety standards.
