Job summary

Right At School is hiring an Area Manager to oversee multiple in-school enrichment and childcare programs in and around St. Louis, MO.

You will be accountable for operations, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability at each site, acting as the liaison with program managers, educators, parents, and licensing agencies. The role requires multi-site leadership with direct P&L experience and strong collaboration skills, in a fast-paced education environment.

Qualifications

• 100+ college credits including child-related coursework or equivalent experience.
• Center Director/Group Child Care Home Provider Certification from Missouri DESE.
• Experience leading multiple sites and managing P&L responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, quality, customer satisfaction and profitability for each site.
• Coordinate with program managers, educators, parents and school staff.
• Drive program delivery quality and licensing compliance across locations.
• Manage HR functions including hiring, scheduling, coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Develop relationships with school administration and community partners.
• Ensure sites meet state licensing requirements and operating procedures.
• Lead internal growth and promote Right At School programs within the footprint.

Education

120 college credits incl. 24 in child-related courses

4 years experience with 24 college credits in child-related courses
