Right At School in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Program Manager to oversee before- and after-school programs at Bayless Elementary.

You will lead staff, ensure safety and compliance, and coordinate activities in a fast-paced educational environment. The role requires strong communication and multitasking abilities, with MO DESE Center Director Certification and child development training preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience balancing competing priorities and delivering quality service.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Experience with children and knowledge of unique needs.
• Coursework or training in child development or related field.
• Communication skills: oral, written, and visual with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
