Qualifications

• Missouri Center Director Certification in progress or planned for 2026-2027 school year.
• Experience juggling competing priorities and delivering quality service.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
• Strong communication skills—oral, written, and visual with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Drive the mission by ensuring safety and joy, up-to-date licensing, attendance protocols, policies, and staff coaching.
• Support safety protocols and identify risks within the program environment.
• Engage families, clients, peers, and children; respond to inquiries during program hours; collaborate with Area Manager.
• Maintain accurate student check-in/out records and attendance procedures per policy.
• Implement daily activities, fitness, and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
