Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Senior Area Manager to oversee in-school enrichment and childcare programs across multiple markets. You will lead and empower Area Managers, ensure program quality, safety, compliance, and profitability, and act as the main link with districts and licensing agencies.

You will drive operations, maintain relationships with schools and parents, and strategize growth across local markets while ensuring excellent service and outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional work experience in childcare, retail or related industry.
• 2+ years of experience managing multi-unit business.
• At least 2 years of direct P&L experience.
• Knowledge of child care licensing regulations preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and foster teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team overseeing in-school enrichment and childcare programs.
• Provide leadership to Area Managers to ensure quality, safety and profitability.
• Maintain compliance and effective communication with districts and licensing bodies.
• Drive program operations and customer satisfaction across markets.
