Job summary

Right At School in the United States is seeking a Senior Program Manager to back field leadership as they oversee multiple in-school enrichment and childcare programs. You will directly influence operations, quality, customer satisfaction and profitability under the Area Manager's guidance.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will coach staff, ensure compliance, foster relationships with schools and parents, coordinate electives, and analyze enrollment and timekeeping data to drive program

Qualifications

• Experience with school-age children in recreation or childcare settings.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% within assigned programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and feedback to program staff.
• Audit and train staff to ensure compliance with processes.
• Support safety and security of children during programs.
• Build relationships with school administration and parents to ensure program delivery.
• Review enrollment and timekeeping data and act on findings.
• Report regularly to Area Manager on performance.
• Maintain accurate records and administer light first aid.
