Job summary

Integritus Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to partner with the VP of Operations. You will provide hands-on support, oversight, coaching, and direction for administrative and financial operations, while supervising leaders to maintain high clinical and service quality.

Your territory includes the Pioneer Valley and the Berkshires. Travel is required as you collaborate with residents, families, staff, and community partners to uphold the mission and values of

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience as Regional Director and/or Administrator/Executive Director in long-term care, assisted living, or related senior living organization.
• BA/BS degree required, master's degree in healthcare administration or other clinical advanced degree is preferred.
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Massachusetts is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Travel is required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community officials, hospital professionals and the general public.

Responsibilities

  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Description

The Regional Director of Operations will collaborate with the Vice President of Operations to provide hands‑on support, oversight, coaching/guidance, and direction for all administrative and financial operations, as well as the supervision and development of leaders while maintaining excellent clinical and service quality, ensuring operational efficiency at the assigned Integritus Healthcare affiliates.

The territory includes Pioneer Valley and the Berkshires.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of professional experience as Regional Director and/or Administrator/Executive Director in long-term care, assisted living, or related senior living organization.
