Job summary

Healthcare Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to provide leadership and oversight across multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. You will drive performance, ensure compliance, and promote a culture of excellence in resident care.

The role requires a proven track record in multi-facility operations, strong financial acumen, and the ability to mentor facility leaders while partnering with administrators to improve clinical, financial, and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• . Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• . Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license required (multi-state licensure a plus)
• . Minimum of 5–7 years of multi-facility operational leadership experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care
• . Strong understanding of clinical operations, reimbursement models, and regulatory compliance
• . Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
• . Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change and growth initiatives
