Integritus Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director of Campus Operations to oversee administrative and financial operations across affiliates in the Pioneer Valley and the Berkshires. You will provide hands-on leadership, coaching and guidance to leaders while ensuring clinical excellence and service quality.

The role requires 5-7 years in senior living administration, a BA/BS, and travel to sites. Master’s degree and MA licensing are preferred, with strong collaboration and communication

Competenze

• 5-7 years of experience as Regional Director or Administrator/Executive Director in long-term care or related senior living.
• BA/BS degree required; master's degree in healthcare administration or clinical field preferred.
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Massachusetts preferred.
• Proven leadership and ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Travel is required.
• Effective communication with residents, families, staff, officials, and the public.

• Pay or shift range: $170,000 USD to $205,000 USD
  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Description

The Regional Director of Campus Operations will collaborate with the Vice President of Senior Living to provide hands-on support, oversight, coaching/guidance, and direction for all administrative and financial operations, as well as the supervision and development of leaders while maintaining excellent clinical and service quality, ensuring operational efficiency at the assigned Integritus Healthcare affiliates.

The territory includes Pioneer Valley and the Berkshires.

All responsibilities will be conducted in a manner that exhibits the Integritus Healthcare mission, vision, and core values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of professional experience as Regional Director and/or Administrator/Executive Director in long-term care, assisted living, or related senior living organization.
• BA/BS degree required, master's degree in healthcare administration or other clinical advanced degree is preferred.
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Massachusetts is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Travel is required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community officials, hospital professionals and the general public.
