Job summary

Integritus Healthcare seeks a Regional Director of Operations to partner with the VP of Operations, providing hands‑on support, oversight, and direction for administrative and financial operations across affiliates. You will coach leaders, ensure high clinical and service quality, and drive operational efficiency within the Pioneer Valley and Berkshires region.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with diverse stakeholders, and travel to affiliates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a BA/BS degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Massachusetts preferred.
• 5–7 years regional director/administrator/executive director experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Travel is required.
• Excellent communication with residents, families, staff, community officials, hospital professionals and the public.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support, oversight, coaching and direction for administrative and financial operations.
• Supervise and develop leaders while maintaining clinical and service quality.
• Ensure operational efficiency at Integritus Healthcare affiliates in the assigned territory.
