Job summary

Integritus Healthcare seeks a Regional Director of Operations to partner with the VP of Operations, providing hands‑on support, oversight, and direction for administrative and financial operations across affiliates. You will coach leaders, ensure high clinical and service quality, and drive operational efficiency within the Pioneer Valley and Berkshires region.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with diverse stakeholders, and travel to affiliates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a BA/BS degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Massachusetts preferred.
• 5–7 years regional director/administrator/executive director experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Travel is required.
• Excellent communication with residents, families, staff, community officials, hospital professionals and the public.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Regional Director of Operations will collaborate with the Vice President of Operations to provide hands‑on support, oversight, coaching/guidance, and direction for all administrative and financial operations, as well as the supervision and development of leaders while maintaining excellent clinical and service quality, ensuring operational efficiency at the assigned Integritus Healthcare affiliates.

The territory includes Pioneer Valley and the Berkshires.

All responsibilities will be conducted in a manner that exhibits the Integritus Healthcare mission, vision, and core values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of professional experience as Regional Director and/or Administrator/Executive Director in long‑term care, assisted living, or related senior living organization.
• BA/BS degree required, master's degree in healthcare administration or other clinical advanced degree is preferred.
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Massachusetts is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Travel is required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community officials, hospital professionals and the general public.
