Job summary

Integritus Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director of Campus Operations to oversee administrative and financial operations across affiliates in the Pioneer Valley and the Berkshires. You will provide hands-on leadership, coaching and guidance to leaders while ensuring clinical excellence and service quality.

The role requires 5-7 years in senior living administration, a BA/BS, and travel to sites. Master’s degree and MA licensing are preferred, with strong collaboration and communication

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as Regional Director or Administrator/Executive Director in long-term care or related senior living.
• BA/BS degree required; master's degree in healthcare administration or clinical field preferred.
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Massachusetts preferred.
• Proven leadership and ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Travel is required.
• Effective communication with residents, families, staff, officials, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support, oversight, coaching and direction for all administrative and financial operations.
• Supervise and develop leaders while maintaining high clinical and service quality.
• Ensure operational efficiency at Integritus Healthcare affiliates.
• Collaborate with the VP of Senior Living to align strategy and execution.
