Job summary

AdviniaCare in Massachusetts seeks a Regional Director of Clinical Operations to lead our clinical teams across Burlington and multiple facilities. You will oversee daily clinical operations, drive quality improvement, and ensure resident and patient outcomes meet our high standards.

The role requires an MA RN with a BSN and at least two years in clinical operations leadership within skilled nursing, plus strong regulatory knowledge, communication and leadership skills, and a willingness to

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; RN in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical operations leadership in skilled nursing.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry trends.
• Proven track record of driving quality improvement and reducing readmissions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of clinical leaders, caregivers, and support staff across multiple facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
• Develop and implement clinical operations strategies to drive quality improvement, reduce readmissions, and enhance the overall resident/patient experience.
• Collaborate with facility leaders to develop and manage budgets, capital plans, and staffing models to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, hospitals, and insurance companies to ensure seamless referrals and transitions.
• Participate in regional and national quality improvement initiatives, sharing best practices and innovations to drive excellence in care delivery.
