Qualifikationen

• BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent years of experience.
• 8+ years of experience in a related field with managerial responsibilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company insurance requirements.

Aufgaben

• Lead digital revenue and set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Develop and execute local digital sales strategy and revenue plan.
• Train, develop, and motivate the local sales team to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with DOS and other sales managers to meet station objectives.
• Forecast results using market and advertiser research and monitor pacing metrics.
• Ensure successful execution of each campaign.
