Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multi-market media operations across Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Buffalo with focus on revenue, audience, and brand growth.
• Serve as senior accountable leader for ratings, revenue, and operational performance across the markets.
• Partner with local and corporate teams to align strategy and operating standards.
• Coach, develop, and succession-plan for regional leaders and key talent.
• Guide financial performance including budgeting, planning, and capital investments.
