Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a Digital Delivery Manager/Leader to oversee teams delivering IT transformation projects using agile, data-driven, and digital solutions. The role emphasizes excellent communication, strong coding background, and enterprise agile knowledge from top-tier schools or equivalent experience.

Onsite location per SR and leadership of client engagements are required. The candidate should bring 15+ years of experience (E6) or 20+ years (E8), and a minimum of 5 years

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience (E6) / 20+ years (E8) in IT leadership roles.
• Minimum 5 years in Coding/Developer experience (non-SAP).
• Knowledge of enterprise agile frameworks like SAFe and Spotify.
• Proven ability to manage engagement profitability and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage engagement profitability by handling multiple variables.
• Proactively engage with the client to understand business engagements.
• Recognize the full scope of the client’s technical environment.
• Deliver using Agile SDLC techniques to improve quality and flexibility.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues for delivery of the program.
• Establish and maintain communication with key customer decision-makers; lead pursuit teams.
• Cultivate, engage, evolve, measure, and incentivize team members.
• Create client presentations, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOW) for new opportunities.
