HCLTech is seeking a Delivery Leader to manage a high-impact portfolio of US Healthcare programs. The role involves leading Program Directors, Managers, and Operations Leads, delivering across app & data engineering, cloud migrations, and production support.

The candidate will partner with Sales and Architecture teams to shape growth opportunities, oversee governance, risk management, and performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement in delivery excellence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead an integrated portfolio of app & data engineering, cloud migration programs, and operations support with predictable delivery.
• Provide delivery governance including risk management, financial oversight, resource planning, and performance measurement.
• Mentor Program Directors, Program Managers, Technical Leads, and the Support Lead to ensure standards and accountability.
• Oversee transformation programs including cloud migrations, enterprise platforms, and on-prem to cloud transitions.
• Drive onshore–offshore delivery with global teams across the U.S., India, and offshore locations.
• Partner with Sales, Solution Architects, and Practice Teams to develop proposals and roadmaps.

Role Summary

The candidate will manage Program Directors, Program Managers, and Operations Support Leads while overseeing execution across application & data engineering & support. The role requires exceptional stakeholder management, delivery governance, and the ability to proactively partner with Sales and Architecture teams to shape new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead an integrated portfolio of app & data engineering, cloud migration programs, and operations support, ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery.
• Provide comprehensive delivery governance including risk management, financial oversight, resource planning, and performance measurement.
• Guide and mentor Program Directors, Program Managers, Technical Leads, and the Support Lead, ensuring consistent standards and accountability

Transformation Programs

• Oversee the delivery of large-scale cloud transformation initiatives, including:
• Building enterprise-grade platforms leveraging Azure or AWS or any GCPs
• Migrating multiple complex workloads from on-premises environments to cloud.
• Implementing enterprise frameworks
• Provide strategic direction, unblock teams, and serve as the top-level escalation point for technical, delivery, and operational issues.

Operations Support Management

• Oversee the Support Lead and the entire production support function handling critical applications.
• Ensure consistent SLA adherence, stability, and timely incident triage aligned to ITIL-based processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in run operations, including automation, root-cause identification, performance tuning, and knowledge management

Customer Relationship & Executive Stakeholder Management

• Build strategic, trusted relationships with customer VPs, Senior Directors, and Directors across business and technology groups.
• Lead executive reviews, governance forums, quarterly business reviews, and roadmap discussions.
• Anticipate customer needs, drive transparency in communication, and position the team as a long-term strategic partner.

Onshore–Offshore Delivery Leadership

• Manage global delivery teams across the U.S., India, and offshore locations, ensuring alignment, communication, and high-performance execution.
• Strengthen collaboration across distributed teams, ensuring seamless handoffs, consistent delivery quality, and disciplined program management.

Solutioning, Value Creation & Partnership with Sales

Act as a key partner to Sales, Solution Architects, and Practice Teams to:

• Develop proactive proposals, transformation roadmaps, and new opportunities within the account.
• Participate in customer presentations, financial modeling, scoping, and deal shaping for new initiatives.
• Bring a solution-oriented mindset to identify value-add opportunities across the portfolio (e.g., automation, modernization, cost optimization).

Qualifications & Experience

• 25+ years of progressive experience in Apps & data engineering, cloud platforms, program delivery, and operations.
• Prior leadership experience working in a global IT services provider of a Fortune 500 company.
• Proven track record overseeing large-scale migration programs, cloud platform build-outs, and production support.
• Experience managing Program Directors, Program Managers, and Support Leads.
• Exceptional communication, executive presence, and high emotional intelligence.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Pay Range Minimum: $244,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $268,000 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
