Job summary
Ironclad Powered by Mersino in Houston seeks a Regional Solutions Specialist to lead complex dewatering and groundwater management projects. You will own design, proposal, mobilization, execution, and close-out, coordinating with Branch teams, Sales, TSG, and customers.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in construction/environmental dewatering or groundwater control.
- Strong project management including budgeting, scheduling, and documentation.
- Deep understanding of dewatering systems and groundwater hydraulics.
- Travel across assigned region and field-based work.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to customers and teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as regional SME for dewatering design and operation.
- Lead projects from award to close-out, including mobilization.
- Coordinate with Sales to identify upsell and new opportunities.
- Train teams on dewatering systems and best practices.
- Support fleet and equipment optimization.
