Job summary

Rain for Rent seeks a Dewatering Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth of the dewatering line across regions. The role focuses on market development, sales enablement, process standardization, and cross-functional coordination to scale engineered dewatering solutions.

The position requires heavy travel (50–70%), a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, 10+ years in related sales, and at least 4 years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Ten years of sales or business development experience in related field.
• At least four years leading a team and managing large sales territories.
• Experience developing and executing business development strategies to hit targets.
• Knowledge of water handling practices and pumps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national growth strategy for dewatering services.
• Lead market startup efforts, sales plans, blitzes, and educational sessions.
• Partner with Sales teams to manage target accounts and opportunities.
• Develop standardized quoting tools and contracting standards.
