Mainframe Solutions seeks a Division Manager to lead a self-perform dewatering division across Texas, overseeing operations, estimating, project management, client relationships, and field execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction management or operations leadership experience.
• Experience leading self-perform construction operations.
• Strong background in heavy civil, utilities, infrastructure, environmental, or specialty contracting.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, personnel, and project execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.
• Ability to build and grow a division within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the dewatering division.
• Develop and execute growth strategies for the division.
• Manage project managers, superintendents, and field personnel.
• Oversee estimating, project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Develop client relationships with contractors, municipalities, and engineers.
• Support business development and project pursuits throughout Texas.
• Review contracts, budgets, schedules, and project performance.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and profitability objectives.
• Develop operating procedures and best practices for the division.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop technical and field personnel.
