Job summary

Alpha is hiring to lead regional relationships that support enrollment growth across multiple cities. You will design gatherings, recruit parent ambassadors, and build partnerships with public officials and business leaders to open campuses and create opportunities for students.

You will record every gathering and referral in the CRM, manage venues and hosts, and ensure timely introductions that translate into measurable enrollment growth while maintaining budgets and local travel expectations.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience growing a community or client base through relationships, with measurable results.
• Experience designing and running at least 20 gatherings, including large events and small meetings, with budgets managed.
• Established relationships with public officials, executives, or community leaders with demonstrable outcomes.
• One of: Ivy League degree; top firm experience; board seat; Chief of Staff; or foreign service tours.

Responsibilities

• Make personal referrals the primary source of enrollment growth in your region.
• Plan and host monthly gatherings, secure venues and vendors, and recruit ambassadors.
• Build partnerships with public officials and business leaders to support campus openings and opportunities for students.
• Connect families with mentors and alumni networks and document outcomes in the CRM.
