Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a Director of Community Engagement to lead regional growth by building relationships with families, schools, officials and business leaders across key cities. You will design and host gatherings, recruit parent ambassadors, and create opportunities for students while measuring enrollment growth through personal referrals.

The role is on-site in multiple cities with regular local travel and weekday evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Five+ years growing a community or client base through relationships with measurable results.
• Experience designing and running at least 20 gatherings, incl. large events.
• Established relationships with officials or executives with demonstrable outcomes.
• At least one Ivy League degree or equivalent high-level experience in consulting/IB/PR.
• Proficiency with CRM/relationship-tracking and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver multiple gatherings monthly within budget.
• Secure venues, hosts, vendors and personally host events.
• Recruit and manage parent ambassadors and match with families.
• Build relationships with officials and business leaders to support campus openings.
• Record all gatherings and track how families heard about Alpha in CRM.
