Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a Director of Community Engagement. You will lead regional relationships to grow enrollment through personal referrals, design gatherings, and build a parent ambassador network. Travel and hosting commitments are required in multiple major cities.

Ideal candidates bring five+ years of community-building experience, a proven track record of hosting large events, and a strong network with public officials or executives. A CRM-focused, results-driven approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years building a community or client base with measurable results.
• Experience designing and running at least 20 gatherings, with scale variety and budget responsibility.
• Established relationships with public officials or executives with demonstrable outcomes.
• CRM usage to record contacts and referrals with accurate history.
• Willing to travel locally and relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver several gatherings each month within budget.
• Secure venues, hosts and vendors and personally host events.
• Recruit current parents as ambassadors and match with prospective families.
• Build relationships with officials and business leaders to support campuses.
• Connect families with mentors and internships; welcome alumni within 30 days.
• Record gatherings and introductions in the CRM with sources.
