Job summary

Alpha invites a seasoned Director of Development to lead regional growth by building a trusted network of families, schools and community leaders across major US cities.

You will design and host gatherings, recruit parent ambassadors, and establish connections with public officials and executives to support campus openings and student opportunities. Regular travel and weekday/weekend hosting are expected.

Qualifications

• At least five years growing a community by relationships with measurable results.
• Experience designing and running 20+ gatherings, incl. 3 events with 100+ attendees and budgets.
• Established relationships with at least three public officials or executives with demonstrated results.
• CRM usage to record contacts, referrals and follow-ups with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a steady calendar of gatherings each month within budget and scope.
• Secure venues, hosts and vendors and personally host events.
• Recruit and train parent ambassadors to share experiences with prospective families.
• Build relationships with officials and business leaders to support campuses and student opportunities.
• Record interactions and referrals in CRM and track introductions and outcomes.
