Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Director of Community Relations to expand enrollment through personal referrals. The role is on-site in multiple U.S. cities, requiring travel and evening/weekend hosting.

You will design gatherings, recruit ambassadors, and build partnerships with officials and business leaders to support growth and student opportunities. You will document activities in a CRM, track introductions, and contribute to the ongoing regional playbook.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience growing a community or client base through relationships with measurable results.
• Experience designing and running multiple gatherings of varying sizes, with budget responsibility.
• Established relationships with public officials, executives or founders and ability to collaborate across teams.
• CRM/tracking knowledge to record contacts and sources of referrals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver several gatherings each month (open events, city- and grade-specific dinners, family retreats) within budget.
• Secure venues, hosts and vendors, and personally host events.
• Recruit and activate parent ambassadors to share experiences and match families with tours.
• Build relationships with public officials and business leaders to secure venues and opportunities for students.
• Connect enrolled families with parent circles and mentors, and welcome alumni post-graduation.
