Job summary

OpenTalent is seeking a Deployment Lead to drive end-to-end platform deployments into customer infrastructure. You will blend deep engineering know-how with executive presence to win trust with CIOs and CTOs and ensure successful outcomes.

You will lead the regional Deployment Engineering team, shaping technical direction, coordinating with customer IT, and scaling the team as our ambitions grow. This hybrid role requires hands-on delivery and leadership at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background in infrastructure, platform, or systems engineering.
• Executive presence to communicate with CIOs/CTOs clearly.
• Proven track record of leading and scaling technical teams.
