Teleo is seeking a Head of Deployment & Customer Operations to build and lead the organization responsible for every customer engagement after contract signature. You will own the delivery of Teleo deployments—from onboarding to production and long-term customer success, ensuring safety, efficiency, and measurable value.

• 10+ years in deployment operations leadership.
• Experience leading customer-facing operational teams.
• Experience with complex deployments (hardware, software, networking, field ops).
• Ability to build scalable operational processes and orgs.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire customer deployment journey post-signature.
• Lead onboarding, planning, site readiness, and commissioning.
• Coordinate networking, retrofits, training, testing, and go-live.
• Ensure deployments meet safety, quality, and schedule objectives.
• Serve as executive owner for successful customer outcomes.
