Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation, via its DEXIS brand, seeks a Territory Sales Manager to cover Washington DC, Maryland, and Delaware. You will manage a high-potential dental portfolio, build relationships with end users and influencers, and drive new and repeat business through strategic account development and value selling.

The role requires deep knowledge of dental equipment and digital solutions, strong interpersonal skills, and a track record of meeting quotas in fast-paced markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a conceptual selling environment with long selling cycles of high priced items preferred (e.g. capital equipment, enterprise sales, software/IT sales, national accounts).
• 4+ years of indirect/distributions sales experience; dental sales experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales quotas within assigned territory.
• Drive value selling and Voice of Customer initiatives to maintain a customer-centric organization.
• Assess and manage sales funnel to drive quota achievement.
• Develop objectives, KPIs and countermeasures to achieve sales goals.
• Build strategic relationships with industry professionals to boost market penetration.
• Become subject matter expert on portfolio digital solutions (DTX Studio, X-Guide, IOS, 3D CBCT, etc.).
• Regularly review CRM data to identify and pursue opportunities.
