Job summary

Envista's Nobel Biocare division seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead a sales team across the Mid-Atlantic region, drive regional goals, and implement corporate strategies. You will recruit, coach, and develop field personnel, visit customers regularly, and coordinate with marketing and support teams to maximize product adoption and loyalty.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of B2B sales experience in dental or medical devices, strong leadership and presentation skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of B2B sales achievement (quota), preferably in dental or medical device sales.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, not just sales achievement.
• Proficient communication skills and presentation skills to groups, managers, clients and other business entities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of the sales force to achieve regional goals within defined timeframes and parameters.
• Develop annual sales goals and projections for the designated geography and ensure alignment with company policies.
• Visit assigned customers regularly to promote products and solicit feedback.
• Provide guidance and direction to field sales personnel to support their development and ensure consistency in presentation and sales ability.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Support to maximize product adoption and drive growth.
