Envista seeks a Nobel Biocare Regional Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region to lead the sales force toward regional targets, drive top-line growth and ensure execution of business plans within budgeted expectations.

The role requires 5+ years of B2B sales, leadership capabilities, and strong negotiation and coaching skills. You will manage customer relationships, analyze reports, and travel 25-30% to Washington DC, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of B2B sales achievement (quota).
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, not just sales.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct the regional sales force to achieve goals within timeframes.
• Develop and maintain an effective organization through recruiting, training, and coaching.
• Visit assigned customers regularly to promote products and gather feedback.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and report results.
• Prepare and analyze reports and coordinate cross-functional communications.
• Travel 25–30% across Mid-Atlantic territory.
