Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize office operations and profitability.
• Lead Office Managers across multiple practices and ensure service quality.
• Oversee budgeting, production goals, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Monitor KPIs, scheduling, case acceptance, and patient retention.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA and industry regulations.
• Drive growth initiatives and regional expansion opportunities.
