Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-site management in dental settings.
• Strong project management, strategic planning, and team leadership.
• Proven ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with patients and staff.
• Excellent organization and ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Knowledge of dental regulatory standards and compliance.
• Hands-on approach to challenges and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple dental offices.
• Collaborate with Office Managers to optimize office efficiency.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and annual reviews.
• Coach and mentor practice managers for growth.
• Ensure training for new employees and ongoing development.
• Define roles, expectations, and performance metrics.
• Review financial reports for accuracy and anomalies.
• Assist with end-of-month and end-of-year reporting.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory compliance.
• Lead projects with strong strategic planning and teamwork.
• Maintain familiarity with dental practices and services.
