Job summary

Culture Dental Advisors LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple dental practice locations across the United States. You will focus on improving operational performance, financial oversight, and team leadership to drive sustainable growth.

In this role you will conduct site visits, review KPIs, coach Office Managers, ensure policy compliance, and partner with executive leadership on strategic expansion plans. Travel to locations is required.
