Job summary

Smile Partners USA seeks an experienced Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of dental practices across the Chicagoland market. This field-based leadership role drives sustainable revenue and EBITDA growth through developing Office Managers and strong provider relationships.

You will ensure operational and cultural consistency across the region, lead multi-site performance, and build a leadership pipeline while maintaining compliance and high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Demonstrated multi-site leadership experience.
• Strong operational change management and interpersonal leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and EBITDA growth across all practices including new acquisitions, expansions and relocations.
• Build strong relationships with providers to support productivity and patient care goals.
• Oversee revenue cycle processes and cash reconciliation at the practice level.
• Recruit, hire and develop high performing Office Managers and future regional leaders.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, CDC guidelines and state dental board regulations.
