Job summary

SECTR Partners is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of dental practices across Tennessee, Nebraska & Missouri. You will drive operational performance, growth, team development, and financial success, overseeing multi-site operations and P&L performance.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs such as production, collections, new patients, case acceptance, hygiene utilization, scheduling, staffing, and profitability, while recruiting and coaching Practice Managers and leaders.

Qualifications

• Multisite healthcare management experience is required.
• Strong ability to manage P&L and business KPIs.
• Willing to live in or relocate to the Tennessee/Nebraska/Missouri region.

SECTR Partners are supporting a growing DSO in their search for a Regional Manager. The Regional Manager is responsible for the operational performance, growth, team development, and financial success of a portfolio of dental practices throughout Tennessee, Nebraska & Missouri.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of multiple dental practices across the Oklahoma region.
• Monitor key performance indicators including production, collections, new patients, case acceptance, hygiene performance, scheduling, cancellations, staffing, and profitability.
• Identify opportunities to increase patient volume, treatment acceptance, hygiene utilization, and provider productivity.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing Practice Managers and operational leaders.
• Reinforce a culture where patients are treated with professionalism, empathy, and respect.

Requirements:

• Located in Memphis, Omaha or Kansas City
• +3 years multi-site experience within healthcare
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L performance and business KPIs.
• Strong people-management and leadership-development skills.
