Job summary

Heartland Dental LLC seeks a Regional Manager of Operations to lead a region of supported dental offices. The role focuses on driving efficiencies, profitability, and growth across multiple practices while maintaining strong relationships with staff and patients.

The RMO will implement practice-management systems, mentor Practice Managers, and collaborate with the Regional Director of Operations to achieve annual targets. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Five years of business management experience or equivalent education.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel with overnight stays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative operations of 8 to 12 supported offices.
• Support dentists in growth and development and set goals.
• Motivate team, resolve conflicts, and make decisions.
• Analyze business reports to hit yearly budgets and EBITDA targets.
• Monitor P&L and close gaps to projected performance.
• Coordinate quarterly in-practice business meetings.
• Hire, train, and coach Practice Managers.
• Contribute to selection of supported dentists.
• Develop workforce planning and retention strategies.
• Provide reports to management as needed.
• Undertake other projects as assigned.
