Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation, through Implant Direct, is seeking a field sales professional to cover Indiana and adjacent Illinois territories. You will build long-term relationships, understand customer needs, present solutions, and collaborate with Inside Sales and Customer Support to win new business.

The role requires 3 years of consultative B2B sales, dental implant experience preferred, travel, and a valid driver's license; a Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of consultative B2B sales experience selling complex products and solutions with a track record of sales goal achievement.
• 2 years dental implant experience desired.
• Proficiency in professional selling and influencing skills and account management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Frequent travel; including overnight.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; car allowance and reimbursement provided via Motus.

Responsibilities

• Solidify customer relationships as a trusted, consultative business advisor and partner.
• Increase market share through conversion of business clients to Implant Direct from competitors.
• Build and maintain an active sales funnel; prospect, qualify and close new opportunities, including cross-sell with current customers.
• Manage territory like a business; prepare and execute territory business plan to ensure growth and meet sales goals.
• Pre-plan and align account penetration strategy with Inside Sales and Special Markets partners.
• Participate in tradeshows, educational offerings and other customer training and showcase events.
• Record sales activity and client information in CRM; provide periodic activity reports.
