Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Demand Response Account Manager to lead customer engagement across Eastern Washington and North Western Idaho. You will be the on-site program representative, building relationships with medium to large C&I clients and guiding enrollment in a new DR program for our utility client.

You’ll blend B2B sales skills with technical understanding to educate customers on program value, coordinate enrollment, and support participation in DR events, travel regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in energy programs, DR, or technical sales.
• Experience with C&I account management or utility programs is preferred.
• Strong regional market knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of medium to large C&I accounts in Eastern Washington and North Western Idaho.
• Build relationships with local businesses, plant managers, and facility teams.
• Educate customers on DR program benefits and enrollment steps.
• Coordinate with engineering and program teams to support program requirements.
