Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Demand Response Account Manager to engage commercial and industrial customers across Eastern Washington and North Western Idaho, launching and expanding a new DR program for our utility client. You will act as the on-site program representative—building relationships, educating customers on program value, guiding enrollment, and helping them participate in events.

Ideal candidates are capable of working autonomously, navigating ambiguity, and supporting program incubation

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant energy programs or demand response experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; certifications may substitute for experience.
• Familiar with commercial/industrial facilities and energy use patterns.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow a portfolio of C&I customer accounts.
• Build relationships within the Eastern Washington and North Western Idaho region.
• Act as on-site program representative for CLEAResult and the DR program.
• Encourage enrollment and overcome barriers to participation.
• Develop proposals tailored to customer needs and load-reduction opportunities.
• Serve as primary contact for questions and event participation support.
• Educate customers on DR events and operational strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering and program teams on technical requirements.
• Record interactions and track status using approved systems.
