Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Demand Response Account Manager to lead relationships with commercial and industrial customers across Eastern Washington and North Western Idaho. You will drive enrollment, educate clients on DR events, and serve as the program's face regionally.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience, a preference for a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel. You’ll work with a small team to grow participation, manage forecasts, and deliver strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant industry experience (energy programs, demand response, utility programs, C&I account management, or technical sales).
• Familiarity with commercial or industrial facilities, operations, or energy use patterns.
• Willingness to travel across a geographically large region.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into clear, practical explanations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow a portfolio of medium‑sized and large C&I customer accounts in Eastern Washington and North Western Idaho.
• Act as the local, on‑site representative for the program and CLEAResult.
• Educate customers on how DR events work and identify load‑reduction opportunities.
• Verify paperwork and ensure accuracy; track customer interactions and status updates.
• Travel throughout the region to meet with businesses and facilities.
