CarNow is seeking a Regional Account Manager in Washington, DC to drive growth by engaging dealers with consultative strategies that boost loyalty, product value, and long-term relationships. You will analyze accounts, identify opportunities, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure dealer success.

The role requires hands-on account management, onboarding, training, and regular business reviews, with strong emphasis on retention, ROI, and driving adoption across the CarNow platform.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven track record in automotive sales with digital solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person account management for 75–120 dealer accounts.
• Conduct onboarding calls with Implementation team for smooth handoff.
• Perform pre-live audits using HubSpot playbooks.
• Schedule and host in-person launch meetings with decision makers.
• Maintain 45-day dealer touchpoints with outreach and support.
• Deliver quarterly account reviews with ROI and product metrics.
• Update backend configurations and provide technical dealer support.
• Log all communications in HubSpot CRM.
