Job summary

ACV Auctions seeks a Dealer Floorplan Regional Sales Manager to drive new business in a defined territory. You will prospect, underwrite, contract, and activate accounts while managing a portfolio with a high-energy, results-focused mindset.

You will analyze financial documents, coordinate with Floorplan Directors and Territory Managers, and use Salesforce for reporting. The role demands strong communication, strategic planning, and a commitment to ACV's growth and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
• 3 years of prior auto or financial services sales experience
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• CRM software experience, preferably Salesforce
• Knowledge of ACV Auctions products and services
• Ability to conduct underwriting of potential customers
• Skills to analyze tax returns and financial statements

Responsibilities

• Support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
• Develop and execute a sales plan within a defined market
• Build prospect list through cold calling and referrals
• Service accounts during onboarding and follow up
• Utilize Salesforce daily for reporting and tracking
• Hit targets for new applications, contracts and activations
• Underwrite potential customers initially
• Develop relationships with regional managers and inspectors
• Manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Collaborate to meet net income targets and assess risk
• Identify and manage delinquent accounts
• Other duties as assigned
