Job summary

KIPP Foundation, a national nonprofit charter school network, seeks a Manager of Regional Data Operations to lead day‑to‑day assessment builds, regional readiness, and data governance across the network.

You will collaborate with the Director of Regional Data Operations, drive high‑quality data for national initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and develop documentation to support consistent regional execution during administration windows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience, with demonstrated ownership of operational execution, process development, and data quality in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
• Hands‑on experience with Renaissance (Illuminate) DnA, including assessment builds, platform administration, and data management
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume, detail‑oriented work with a high degree of accuracy, especially under tight timelines
• Experience developing operational documentation, including process guides, training materials, and system documentation

Responsibilities

• Own hands‑on execution of a portion of KIPP's annual common assessment development roadmap within Renaissance (Illuminate) DnA, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to strong quality standards
• Build, update, and duplicate assessments with a high degree of accuracy, publish to regions in alignment with the annual calendar, and troubleshoot system issues in a timely manner
• Maintain and improve auditing and validation processes to proactively ensure high‑quality data in downstream reporting
• Execute beginning‑of‑year assessment readiness protocols, including sending communications, tracking training attendance, and monitoring assessment windows
• Develop and maintain clear documentation, resources, and professional development materials to support consistent regional execution across administration windows
• Serve as a point of contact for regional staff, responding to questions and providing guidance on assessment operations
• Collect inputs and gather feedback from regions, vendors, and national stakeholders to support coordinated execution, timely data reporting, and continuous improvement of resources and processes
