Job summary

You will work with regional and school leaders to diagnose gaps and drive high school readiness through rigorous data analysis and strategic support.

The role emphasizes data storytelling, accountability, and collaboration to improve STAAR performance and student growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills with the ability to translate findings into action.
• Experience with progress monitoring, STAAR data, and curriculum alignment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven leadership and coaching across middle schools.
• Coach regional and school leaders to analyze data, identify gaps, diagnose root causes, and take action to improve outcomes.
• Present data reports to teachers and families to build shared ownership and accountability.
